FESTIVALS IN THE 1ST GRADE

 FESTIVALES EN 1º

Our pupils in the first grade have celebrated different festivals during the first term. 

Nuestros alumnos de 1º han celebrado varios festivales durante el primer trimestre.

First, we celebrated HALLOWEEN! 

Primero, ¡celebramos HALLOWEEN!

We decorated our classrooms doors and corridors with ghosts, pumpkins,mummies,...

Decoramos nuestras puertas y pasillos con fantasmas, calabazas, momias,...

Besides our pupils became witches, monsters, ghosts, skeletons,... during one day! And they did different workshops related to Halloween.

Además, nuestros alumnos se convirtieron en brujas, monstruos, fantasmas, esqueletos,... ¡durante un día! Y también hicieron diferentes talleres relacionados con Halloween.

And then , we celebrated CHRISTMAS! 

Y después, ¡celebramos NAVIDAD!

At Christmas we did a "Christmas Card Contest" and each pupil designed their own Christmas Card. 

En Navidad hicimos un "Concurso de Tarjetas" y cada alumno diseñó una.

And finally, the last day before Christmas holiday our students demonstrated that they are wonderful dancers! And Father Christmas visited us! 

Y finalmente, el último día antes de las vacaciones de navidad, los alumnos demostraron que son ¡unos bailarines excelentes! ¡Y Papá Noel nos visitó!

Sciences in First Grade / Ciencias en 1º

Our students in the First Grade are learning Sciences through different projects and workshops.

Last term, they learnt about SENSES by experimenting with them.


Nuestros alumnos de primero están aprendiendo Ciencias con varios proyectos y talleres.

El trimestre pasado, aprendieron todo sobre los SENTIDOS experimentando con ellos.

Currently, they are learning about FOOD by creating posters using food magazines.

Ahora, están aprendiendo las COMIDAS. Por eso han creado pósters utilizando folletos de comida. 

Cartas a España / Letters to Spain

Los estudiantes del quinto año están escribiendo cartas a sus amigos en España. Las cartas serán enviadas por correo postal esta semana.

The fifth grade students are writing letters to their pen pals in Spain. They will be mailed out this week!
